Summer Cocktail 2020

It seems that I have one cocktail that makes an appearance on more than one occasion throughout the summer. This summer, that cocktail was the Tropical Pimm’s Punch.

Last year it was the Grapefruit Bourbon Cocktail (find it here). This summer has certainly been one for the books. Not only has there been an increase in backyard hangouts, it has also been a beautiful and hot summer here in Manitoba. This Tropical Pimm’s Punch was curated to be served at the Stagette Party I threw for my dear friend. She had to postpone her wedding, so she certainly deserved to be pampered. This cocktail is fruity, with a subtle ginger spice. I found it on Pinterest, and traced it back to Ashley Rose from Craft & Cocktails. Check her out for amazing cocktails and gorgeous visuals! I would love to add her book, Celebrate Rosé, to my bar library.

Without further ado (I do get annoyed when blogs prattle on, so take me to the recipe already, I’m getting thirsty!)
